Race for Life 2008

The cash keeps rolling in for Fosse Race for Life team
 
Race for Life continues to attract donations and sponsorship from generous Fosse Park shoppers.  Fosse Centre Director, and some members of the Fosse team plan to run, and of course complete, the run at Western Park next Sunday 6 July and if we’ve done our sums right they’re on to raise something in the region of £1500 for Cancer Research UK.
 
“It’s really quite exciting” says Kathy, we’re really spurred on by the generosity of Fosse shoppers, the amount of cash being thrown into the treasure chest in the Food Court is rising daily and we feel that if shoppers care enough to donate their hard earned cash to this very worthy cause, then we care enough to take up the challenge of Race for Life”.
 
If you want to donate, you can either throw some cash into the locked treasure chest which is located by the entrance to the Food Court, you can send a cheque made payable to Cancer Research UK to Kathy Murdoch, Centre Director, Management Suite, Fosse Shopping Park, Fosse Park Avenue, Leicester LE19 1HY or simply donate directly online from your bank account by using the secure payment method at: http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/fossepark
 
And, if you feel like encouraging the team, it’s all happening at Western Park on Sunday 6 July and it starts at 11am.

Open your hearts (and your wallets!) to support Fosse Park's centre director Kathy Murdoch and the team as they run Cancer Research's Race for Life this coming July. Nearly 200,000 women have already entered the 2008 event across all parts of the UK. This is a cause close to everyone's heart and Lynda will be taking part on Sunday 6 July in Leicester.
