Customer Services

At Fosse Shopping Park we work hard to deliver proactive customer service: we like to ensure our customers have the best facilities we can offer and that your shopping experience here is as excellent as the park itself. We have created an exceptional shopping experience and we want you to enjoy it. If you do then we’d love to hear from you. If you don’t then we also need to know about it. Here’s a brief summary of the services available for all our customers.

ATMs
We have two automatic cash dispensing machines situated by Boots, one at the Fosse Food Court to the left of Costa and another in M&S.

Car Parking is FREE

There are over 2500 car parking spaces available for shoppers all with easy access to the shops. And all absolutely free of charge...
Included are several specialist car-parking spaces reserved very close to the shops to make life a little easier for disabled shoppers and parents with small children.

Ground Floor Shopping

All of our retail units and food outlets are situated on the ground floor making access to the stores easier for shoppers. The Fosse Food Court has a spacious seating area on the ground floor with even more seating on the first floor, which is easily accessible via stairs or an easy to access and operate lift from the ground floor. There are numerous booths with tables and seating for added privacy and quietness for meetings.

Food Court
The spacious and comfortable seating area on the ground floor with its plethora of eateries and coffee houses make Fosse Food an ideal place to grab a quick snack or linger over lunch with family or friends.
The first floor offers additional seating and is easily accessible via a staircase or an easy to access and operate lift from the ground floor. The booths with tables and seating and a larger capacity area on the first floor offer added privacy and peace.

Bureau de Change
There is a Bureau de Change located in the homewares department of M&S.
Travel money and travellers cheques – at competitive rates and commission free (except for 1% charge on Sterling Travellers cheques) - may be purchased from the Bureau de Change.

Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Cards are all accepted as payment. Please note, when purchasing currency or travellers cheques with a Debit or Credit Card, you will need to provide a form of photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.

Shop to Car

Most stores operate a shop to car service. Please ask in store for details.

Modern Mobility Unit & Wheelchairs
This shop is situated to the rear of Bhs and is open 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Not only do they cater for all your day to day needs but they also have a wheelchair rental facility to ease your visit to Fosse Shopping Park. Please contact them direct on 0116 263 0600.

Public Toilets
Including specialist toilet facilities for the disabled; all are on the ground floor.

Baby Changing Facilities
Baby changing facilities are available in all the public toilet areas.

Public Telephones
Payphones are situated by the bandstand near M&S and on the first floor of the Food Court.

Photo Booths
There are 4 photo booths sited around the Park, all of which are able to provide photographs suitable for passports and other ID as well as fun snapshots for keepsakes.

First Aid
All customer service officers are fully First Aid trained. If you need assistance please ask any member of the Fosse Park team or store staff.

Security
It’s important too that you feel safe during your visit to Fosse Shopping Park. In a recent poll, 95%* of visitors to Fosse Shopping Park said they felt safe and secure here.
Our security team make it their business to ensure that everything is in place to keep it that way.

Fosse Shopping Park Competition Rules
1. Prizes are as stated and no alternative prize or cash are available
2. All entries must be received by the closing date published on each competition
3. Fosse Shopping Park accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury
    caused by any prize won.
4. Publicity may be given to competition winners and/or entrants, and their names
    and photographs may be used on the website of Fosse Shopping Park.
5. The Centre Director of Fosse Shopping Park will select winners and her decision
    will be final, no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The management of Fosse Shopping Park reserve the right, in their absolute
    discretion, to disqualify any entry, to rewrite any rules or to cancel part or whole
    of a competition without prior notification.
7. Where Fosse shopping Park offers prizes on behalf of an associated company,
    their associated companies provide these prizes in their entirety.
    Fosse Shopping Park cannot be held responsible for any failure to provide prizes
    as specified and all enquiries in reference to such prizes will be referred to the
    associated company.
8. Any closing date for entries and/or rules of play which are published as part of a
    competition or promotion form part of the rules of entry for that competition
    or promotion.
